Confidence and arrogance are hard to separate. Confidence is the hardest to come. True confidence is hard to fake. But a lack of confidence can evaporate hope for success faster than anything else.
When a leader can spot and point out past successes, they hold the power to instill confidence where there was none. They also have the power to lend faith or belief in someone who doesn’t have their own.
