Storyboarding -The Art of Visual Narration of Scripts

At least a hundred exciting and intriguing scripts float around everyday. Scripts that can alter imagination, change perception, impact thought or just tickle the funny bone. Whilst the narrative aims to achieve all that it prefers to or evoke the intended emotion, it is imperative to prep up with a treatment process.
Many scripts lose the sheen due to the absence or perhaps the lack of "documented" visual clarity. The crux of a creative journey is in the visual "placing", perspectives, angles, framing etc, which enable direction with a vision and accentuates the story's message.
A very creative skill, that is first to comprehend the writers thought, assimilate the imagination, with cognisance of the nuances and subtle elements that combine to add impactful visual experience on every frame.
Storyboards are like experienced guides that help traverse thru complex paths with simple hacks and route maps. These "maps" are developed after multiple iterations, several cuts, a few narrations and living the journey. Follow it and one shall reach their destination.
Scripts once converted to Storyboards & Animatics quite closely represent the outcome of the final visual product. The Storyboard is a data sheet that'd help one analyse the outcome of the final product and before that enable following a path that seamlessly transfers the story into visuals.
In Technology terms, Storyboards are UX manuals that trigger the interest to invest in a product. Like any developmental product and project - Roadmaps, UX manuals & Storyboarding are as essential as the outcome itself.
