The bus driver without hesitation, jumped out of his seat, ran to the other side of the road, where the traffic was flowing in the opposite direction. Within moments, I saw him carefully pick up a puppy stuck in the middle of the traffic and place it safely by the roadside before promptly returning to his seat and resuming the driving.? ?

Seated by the window in the last row of bus, I observed the entire episode. Moved by his actions, I couldn’t resist the urge to study his expression more closely. What I saw left a lasting impression on me: the driver perfectly dressed, his face glowing with joy and confidence. His driving seemed more assured and efficient than usual. Upon reaching my workplace, I eagerly shared this heartwarming experience with my colleagues during launch. The story was met with widespread appreciation. Now, even a decade later, the driver’s neat appearance and the genuine joy and confidence on his face remain vividly etched in my memory.
