Story of Neema Bisht: From Introverted Roots to Transformative Leadership

I was always an introvert, a reserved kind of person—it's a real Pahadi trait (anyone from Uttarakhand will understand). We Pahadis really believe in doing hard work and speaking less. This was something I always followed; it was in my genes. While we can't completely remove the effects of our genes on our personality, with the right push and constant reminders, we can definitely tweak and transform ourselves.

Today, I am the Founder and COO of CareerInPharma, a role I've been in for over five years now. I'm active on social media, conduct one-on-one sessions, and have hosted over 200 webinars, speaking live for at least two hours each time. This is a complete 360-degree change in my personality.

This transformation was possible because my husband pushed me, my parents instilled the value of hard work, and I accepted the need for change.

Moral of the story: Change is the only constant. If you're not ready to change, nothing will change in your life. First, accept that changes are necessary and create awareness about this. Then, work on those required changes.
