Sharing a common vision of providing everyone with secure access to their digital assets and playing games in an enjoyable way, Blockville came to life in Istanbul. We decided we needed more than just to follow the industry trends, and the endless search to constantly revolutionize and spearhead new technology would define what we do here.?

In order to innovate and revolutionize the gaming industry, we also revolutionized office life. Blockville is the pioneer of the next generation in gaming in our vision. If a good idea crosses our minds with the potential to change how we play games, it doesn't matter where that idea comes from. From our Istanbul office to LA, we are fostering creativity by valuing everyone the same and including everyone from all areas in our game-making processes.

At the heart of Blockville's story lies continuous learning. Anyone can make a mistake, but the best creations follow the worst mistakes. We constantly make errors, own up to them, learn from them, and work as a team to create the best possible, as only the best is acceptable here. Open communication is crucial for our goal of creating an unprecedented gaming experience.

We are making an open-world RPG, Obilia, and we know how much effort it takes to create something astonishing in this genre. Our priorities are diversity, creativity, and, most importantly, enjoying what we do before we put it out there for others to enjoy. Artificial Intelligence tools empower our ability to connect and build better products for you. We are very excited about the recent developments in AI technologies, and Blockville will not only use AI but also explore opportunities to develop and refine these products.

Blockville is building its own AI interfaces and libraries, and we even train our AI tools to help us build wonderful projects in the future. We believe in the power of AI and the fact that it will lead the next generation of digital technologies.

Obilia

“Games as a service” models are deeply researched and experimented with by our team to increase player engagement and suit the future of gaming better. We are delivering constant updates with brand-new content, evolving gameplay, and modern monetization options. GaaS offers a revenue system that enables us to bring better and endless content to keep the players engaged.

Our first game, Obilia, is a living world created as a GaaS model. It is an open-world RPG built for PC and mobile platforms and differs from its predecessors with its revolutionary socializing and customization features. Regular updates will bring new and unique content that will enrich the experience of playing Obilia.

Blockville is dedicated to catching on to recent trends and even taking them further. While making Obilia, we consider our work as more than game development - we are creating content and looking for ways to make it a game of tomorrow and fit the standards that will be held by the gamers of the following generations.

The external testing stage of the game has already started, and the team is excited to let gaming enthusiasts around the world test the game very soon.
