The Story Behind the Creation of My Crowdfunding Platform Vesterr

Crowdfunding has emerged as a way for entrepreneurs and startups to raise funds. However, it can be quite challenging to run a successful crowdfunding campaign without the right support and resources. That's where my idea of creating a crowdfunding platform called Vesterr came in. In this blog post, I will share the story behind the creation of Vesterr and how it can help other entrepreneurs achieve their fundraising goals for their real estate projects and alternative way to create passive investments.

HOW THE IDEA STARTED

It all started during my own journey of trying to acquire capital for Hotel Projects. I couldn't find the right kind of assistance anywhere since our venture was just starting out. Ironically, soon after we were successful in raising capital, people were curious and interested in investing somewhere else. However, not having a suitable place to guide them made me reconsider my approach, as I faced this dilemma more times than one.?

Witnessing their struggles, plus understanding the complexity of digital fundraisers inspired Vesterr: A Crowdfunding Platform designed explicitly for entrepreneurs like us. It aimed at bridging two diverse entities-- sponsors who are issued projects for commercial use and investers looking for alternative investment matters that align with their portfolio's principles and growth—together on one secured online platform.

After months of research on crowdfunding, I had the idea to create Vesterr. Working with Myriann Technology and Branding made it possible to develop the concept into reality. Believe me when I say starting a crowdfunding platform is no picnic, often times we found it daunting! This long-term process was comprised of many parts: delving into coding strategies along with engaging ongoing collaboration with talented developers and designers.

It also included what felt like nonstop marketing campaigns directed at gaining public attention for investors and outreach within the online start up industry. Within 18 months filled with lots of sleepless nights talking about business plans and polishing designs, plus more dinners brainstorming advice on investments than I can show in my checking account, we officially launched this new endeavor--Vesterr! Needless to say, after all those grueling years piecing things together, I could never have dreamed of how to transformation has taken off since then.

WHO VESTERR'S FOR?

I haven't always been an accredited investor and didn’t have direct access to commercial real estate investments in the past. This sparked my goal to create a new, more secure outlet of investing in commercial properties such as hotels, multi family complexes, retail spaces, etc.?

?At Vesterr, not only do we provide this direct form of investing; we also prioritize diversity and make sure that no entrepreneurs are left behind. This motivates our team to actively seek out women and minority individuals interested in crowdfunding their dream projects — allowing them equal opportunities regardless of their gender, race or economic status. We are dedicated to helping empower men and women from diverse backgrounds in order to create inspiring entrepreneurial success stories that can truly shape the fate of commercial real estate.
