On August 10 the Science Museum of Minnesota allowed me to use their wave tank after hours to determine whether my theory that tsunamis and storm surges can be stopped at sea with gas was valid or not. The experiment was an unqualified success! I will send a link to my 3 minute video to anyone who sends a request to my email: [email protected].
