To gain clarity on all the experiences I have and who I am today, I started writing stories about different events and periods in my life.

When I began to see my life as a book with many chapters, each story carrying valuable lessons that transformed into wisdom, I realized that the longer I’ve lived, the richer my book has become! By using my perception and stepping outside myself, like a stranger reading my book, I understand that I have so much to offer the world. This is my big "why"—why I do what I do, and why I chose the path I did when I stepped away from a secure job in a leadership position to dedicate my time to helping others as a mentor and coach. My mission is to guide people to start living lives of fulfillment, discovering their limitless power, and aligning their true selves with their high goals.

What stories do you have to share with the world? What have been your greatest challenges? What pain have you gone through and come out stronger from? What clarity have you gained from your experiences? You’ve probably heard the saying, “Don’t be like an open book,” but I’d like to flip it around and say, “Don’t be like a closed book that no one gets to read.”

Sometimes I write very short stories—simple, deep, detailed. It varies. The important thing is to write. I keep my stories in a Word document and save them in a folder on my computer. Keep it simple, but just start! I’m convinced that so much will happen within you when you begin writing.

For most of my life, I believed I had nothing to share, that I hadn’t gathered anything significant, always feeling like I was starting over. But as I started writing stories, memories resurfaced, things fell into context, and I realized that I wasn’t starting over at all—I’ve been building all along!
