As we move into the autumn, we're sure lots of you are busy planning Harvest services or collections. You might find yourself remembering Harvest celebrations in years gone by and have fond memories of celebrating Harvest as a child – taking in tins of food for school collections and getting involved in Harvest suppers.??

We touch on this feeling of nostalgia in our new TV advert, which you might have seen. It features the song ‘When I Needed A Neighbour’. Interestingly, this song was written for Christian Aid in 1965, by Sydney Carter!?

In this advert, we remember how our gifts, prayers and actions over the years truly made a real difference in the fight against global poverty. However, with recent challenges like conflict and climate change, it's crucial that we renew our commitment. Why not share the advert with your friends and family?
