Stories of Hope | February 2024

Our supporters' faithful prayers, gifts, actions and unwavering support has brought hope to communities facing unimaginable challenges. Together with our partners we can have an incredible impact, as you can see in our Year of Impact report shared below.

From providing emergency aid in times of crisis, including in Gaza, to supporting the ‘Waste General’ Alfred Muana (pictured above) to transform Sierra Leone by recycling waste into bio-charcoal briquettes, our shared mission to end poverty and injustice has touched so many lives.

Your support is still needed, particularly in places that don’t make the news. The conflict in Sudan has forced many families from their homes and over a million people have now crossed the border into South Sudan. Last month, the United Nations issued a stark warning that famine conditions are projected to spread throughout Sudan unless humanitarian organisations intervene swiftly and effectively.

Our local partners are providing vital support to those affected by the war in Sudan, as well as to those seeking refuge in South Sudan. Please remember them in your prayers and, if you are able, help us make a difference.

Thank you for standing with us in faith, hope and action.
