Thank you to everyone who attended TEDxRoxbury 2024!
I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to step onto the TEDxRoxbury stage this past weekend and share my ideas with such an incredible audience. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing; and, I've come away with some invaluable lessons.
Speaking on the TEDx stage was a dream come true. From the moment I stepped onto the stage, I felt an overwhelming sense of excitement and gratitude. The energy in the room was electric, and I knew that I was about to embark on an experience that would change my life forever.
To my special guests, I LOVE YOU ??
The most unforgettable moment for me was seeing my family in the audience. Having my mom, dad, siblings, and especially my nephews and nieces there meant the world to me. Their unwavering support and encouragement have been a constant source of strength throughout my life, and having them there to cheer me on made the experience even more special.
I was excited to shout them out during the talk too!
My family members are some of the most brilliant people I know. Hearing their affirmations and support immediately after walking off stage let me know that I did a good job representing myself, the message of my talk, and my entire family.
Here's our family picture — there are a lot of us... I know! ??

Feelings from the stage...
As I began to speak, I felt a profound sense of connection with the audience. It was as if we were all on this journey together, exploring new ideas and possibilities. The support and encouragement I received from the audience was truly inspiring, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to share my ideas with such an amazing group of people.
One of the most important lessons I learned from preparing for my TEDx talk is the power of authenticity. TEDxRoxbury taught me that audiences aren't just looking for a rehearsed speech; they want something real, something that resonates deeply.
By embracing my authenticity and letting my passion shine through, I was able to connect with the audience in a way I never thought possible.
Thanks for coming to my TED talk ??
Beside every successful TEDx speaker is a group of loving supporters. From friends and family who listened to me rehearse a thousand times to mentors who offered guidance and encouragement, I am deeply grateful for each and every one of them.
Speaking on the TEDxRoxbury stage was truly a dream come true, and I am so grateful for every moment of it.
Thank you to everyone who made this experience possible, and here's to many more adventures to come! ???
