Stories from the periphery... the Positive Turbulence Podcast

Why listen to this?

I've been amazed and thrilled with the explosive growth of the podcast economy and communities. There is some great content out there, some of it entertaining, some of it informative. For our podcast, my co-host Karyn Zuidinga and I chose to focus on change, but very specifically change related to disruption, chaos, and complexity. But it's not the kind of change caused by unexpected disasters, but a change in response to the continual and increasing whitewater in our environments and our organizations (that's the turbulence part). Best yet, it's change that can be directed and engaged head-on (that's the positive part).

You can listen to the podcast at https://www.positiveturbulence.com/ or find it at your favorite podcast site like iTunes, Google Play, Spotify, etc.

Look here if you'd like to learn more about the concepts of Positive Turbulence. You can download a chapter I've written with Stan Gryskiewicz who first published on the concept in the 1990s.
