Storage Sense in Windows 10

When you think about spring cleaning, you may think about your home, but not very many of us think about our computers. We need to purge our unwanted computer files, just as much as we need to get rid of the junk sitting in our basements. What many of you may not know is that Windows 10 itself now has a new method of controlling gross file obesity. It is called Storage Sense.
Storage Sense is a mechanism introduced in the Creators Update for Windows 10. By enabling this, you will be able to basically set it and forget it.
Setting It
To enable Storage Sense, do the following:
- Use the WinKey + I Hotkey to open the Settings App
- Click on System
- Click on Storage
- Toggle the Storage Sense option to either On or Off
Configure It
Click on the link: Change how we free up space
That should bring up this window:
Granted, the options are limited, with options only for the recycle bin and temporary files. However, this will allow you to automate the process so you don't have to think about it.
