Stopping By The Woods On A Snowy Evening
I have been shooting ocean waves for four to five years now, and have a large diverse series of them. In addition to waves I enjoy shooting many other subjects. Steadily I have been expanding those series of work. Landscapes, Nature, Wildlife and Portraits. The creative journey is never ending. 2016 will be a year of many new discoveries for me, with subjects and equipment. It will expand my ever growing portfolio and I'm excited to share the work.
While driving to a late afternoon appointment I spotted a stream by the road. After my appointment I returned to the stream, set up and captured this moment of winters first snowfall. The air was cold and it kept the gently fallen snow in place. I had just enough light to capture several images before it became dark. For me the woods are a magical, mysterious, full of life and wonder.
