Stopped in my tracks
My commute has once again been brightened by the British Journal of Photography (BJP) 'Portrait of Britain' posters.
This annual campaign, now in its eighth year, showcases 100 portraits that have been chosen to feature in sites across the nation until February 2nd.
They are quirky, surprising, proud, moving and sometimes downright silly and they help me feel love for the people I share these islands with.

In the BJP's own words: 'Now in its eighth year, Portrait of Britain continues to celebrate the resilience, diversity, and spirit of people in the UK. This award reminds us of the extraordinary strength we share and the beauty in every person’s story. As we embrace change, these portraits encourage reflection, inspire hope, and highlight the unity and humanity that connect us all.'
Beautiful.?
And sorely needed.

I'd love to hear if you spot any and what emotions they brought up for you.
