I can’t believe you’re still using your debit card!??
Especially when buying anything over ￡100, like hotels, flights, or festival tickets.
This is because your debit card doesn't always offer you protection on the things you buy…
Which is why I always use my credit card for larger purchases!??
If you buy any goods or services between 100 & thirty thousand pound your covered under section 75 of the consumer credit act.
Which means your credit card provider is jointly liable with the retailer if anything goes wrong!??
So if the company you buy from lets you down or doesn’t honour your contract properly or even goes bust you can make a claim against your credit card company to get your money back!
