Stop using the menopause as your excuse
Perhaps you think this is an unfair title? Perhaps you will say, its not my fault, its in my family history. Perhaps you will bring me all the evidence to back up your feelings and symptoms.
None of this matters. Why? Because I know who you are. Although its easier to say what you are not.
You are not your body
You are not your mind
You are not your name
You are not your hormones
You are not your emotions
You are beyond all of this. Its the fact that we think we have to control all of the above that drives us insane, and puts us off balance. And then we spend all our time trying to get back in balance.
Studying with Bob Proctor, I learned that we live on 3 planes. Knowing this is one thing, but having the experience of them is another. I am talking from my own truth and wisdom, given I am now 53, and on the other side.
The 3 planes......
Physical
Intellectual
Spiritual
The thing is, which is hidden in plain site, is that physical even means energy. All physics and physics is the study of energy. You are all energy. We are only about 0.00001% matter, and even that is pushing it! All is consciousness and a play of energy, vibrations, frequency.
So this is what we try to do......
Physical plane: We have to balance our hormones with drugs, which have their own side effects, and so continually trying to balance ourselves. Evidence upon more evidence that we "need" the drugs, or diets or whatever else the industries want you to have.
Intellectual plane: We then learn "mind control" through personal development. And still using the conscious mind (which is only 2%), we try to control all the elements with good thinking and positive thinking, even though we feel like we are battling against ourselves. So again, we end up out of balance and constantly trying to balance our bodies.
Spiritual plane: You see our subconscious is the driving force of our lives. It is 98% and is programmed. So if you saw your mother having a bad time, or read literature to tell you all the symptoms, you will develop them yourself. And then you have your own evidence which you keep reinforcing. Yes. You keep reinforcing the evidence. The evidence is effect. Effects are evidence of past thinking. So to change anything , we need to go to the root cause. You. And reprogram the subconscious.
Although in effect this is still an intellectual game. But another level along in awareness. You are 99.9999% nothing. Energy. Vibration. Frequency. And when you can really understand this, then this is what you need to tap into. By trying to control everything using the 2% conscious mind, its exhausting, isnt it?
All that has been created in the "seen" world, has been first created in the "unseen" You were once a thought, and now look at you, you wonderful being you !!! Your awesome !!! Every single thing in this world was once a thought. And yes, including your menopausal symptoms.

Now, you can argue for them. Thats okay. Keep them. But know its an excuse. And thats no problem. Have your excuses. I once heard it said that, we use our past for our excuses for today. Some of you will read this and be furious. And thats okay too. Now you see your programming. Your ego, doesnt like it. But I see you. The real you. And you are far more powerful than a few mad hormones running amuck in your body and mind.

So, did you get angry at this article? I mean I just threw 100% responsibility back at you for your excuse? Or did you wake up and hear the truth for you? Either way, is fabulous. You know where you are.
So now we can end the excuses such as.......
I forgot something - oh its my menopausal brain
I am gaining weight - its the menopause, I cant help it
Perhaps now we will say things like........
I love the hot flushes, its burning up calories - just look at the fire burning inside me! yes, burn those calories ;)
I will choose to remember
My self image is one of a fit, healthy person; I have no time for any other idea
Now, the problem people have with new statements like this is, they do it for a couple of days and expect miracles. There can be, dont get me wrong. But chances are, your belief system is not set up for these new statements and will show you even more menopausal results so you can have your evidence. You will say your "bad mood" is because of your hormones. And just look at that word "because" - being the cause. And whose mood is it? Whose attitude is it? Yes, yours. All our life results depend on our attitude towards ourselves first and foremost. But we like to "blame" something for it. Its just what we have been "taught" and conditioned to think.
People dont manifest new conditions in their life because they are trying to reap where they havent sown the seeds. And sometimes we have to sow the seeds for a while and not dig them back up again to prove they havent grown.
Find a statement that you can work with and repeat it 100 times a day, and forgive yourself when you dont match up to it. In the bible it says, 70 x 7. Now I guess it depends on how 'bad' you want to get rid of the excuses, or you want to keep them.
I love you. You are amazing. You are the Master of your body. Nothing happens to you. It happens because of you. Its not your fault when you dont know, but now you do. So there is no going back. You cant unread what you have read.
Perhaps read it over and over and over again. We need to impress the subconscious mind with a new idea over and over until one day, you will just notice a small change. Celebrate this. Appreciate it. Be faithful to the affirmations. And you will see.
