We've all heard that quote: 'you're as successful as the 5 people you spend the most time around' but IMO, this concept goes deeper than just looking at the people in your home or immediate circle.. and is deeply affected by your newsfeed, your conversations, even the podcasts you listen to.

If the people you’re listening to, learning from, or even spending the most time with are operating at a level that feels small or stagnant to you, then guess what? That’s the limit they’ll help you reach.

It’s why I live by this quote: Stop taking advice from people whose ceiling is your floor.

The events industry is filled with people who believe hustle is the only way forward. They’ll tell you to keep working harder, booking more clients, taking on bigger teams, and putting in longer hours. But if their version of “success” looks like burnout, limited growth, or barely scraping by, then why would you take their advice?

I truly adore our industry - but I found there were limited spaces that acknowledged the true duality of being an ambitious event professional; it isn't always easy, but you DO get to be wildly successful in events without sacrificing your life - so, I created them and run them in the form of industry mastermind programs, truly, a fast-lane to expansion in events.
