6 年Haha think my comment on the thread blew up the internet!! Was just trying to put in my 2 cents to look after practice owners - need to break the idea of us lining our pockets because it has nothing to do with what I want from my practice...

6 年Thanks for all your hard work debunking the myth of the “greedy practice owner”, Gerda. It’s only with financial sustainability that group practices can survive. As practice owners we go the hard yards and carry the stress and the risk because we are passionate about our practices. There are many easier ways to make money if that was all we were interested in! (And thank you for the kind shout out to my mentoring programs for mental health professionals, it was very kind and generous of you to lend your support.)
