Most all of us have a friend who is dealing with some heavy stuff.

Whether it is the death of a loved one, a divorce, a recent illness or terminal illness, addiction, losing their job or just surviving this pandemic, many of us are are in need of loving support and MOST of us are ill prepared to know what to do or say to help.

We all know we want to. But do we know "how to"?
