Stop The Madness

When anger comes in reason leaves.? Connecting with the wisdom that comes from this state of higher consciousness or awareness creates the opportunity for us to take wise action that can reduce the suffering in our self and others.? The turmoil that exists here and around the globe is an opportunity for us to change and evolve.

If we are not challenged, then the motivation to change is not there.? We often tend to resent others for their behavior but no one can act beyond their current level of consciousness.? We are simply not capable of acting differently.? Realizing this can help us to accept ourselves and each other unconditionally.? Learning to lower our walls will raise our level of consciousness, leadership and emotional intelligence.? When thinking subsides all that is left is awareness.??
