Hard work. We don't like this phrase. We actively pursue methods and systems to make work easy or to avoid it all together. But why?
Hard work makes you stronger...it makes you better....period!
Throughout history, the greatest success stories in business, sports, entertainment, and art attribute hard work to their success. They saw success in their suffering. They ate obstacles for breakfast.
Personally, when it comes to working in my professional or personal life, I look for the hardest thing and do it first. It's an easy ride to the finish line after that. That's why, in Spartan racing, at least for the mountain courses, the first mile is known as the "death march ??". Do the hard work first.
So, how about you? What hard work are you putting off?
Here are a few quotes from exemplars who appreciated the benefits of hard work.
“Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.” —?Tim Notke, basketball coach
"I do not know anyone who has got to the top without hard work. That is the recipe. It will not always get you to the top, but should get you pretty near." —?Margaret Thatcher, former Prime Minister
“I’m a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more I have of it.”?— Thomas Jefferson, American Founding Father
"Talent is cheaper than table salt. What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work."— Stephen King, author
Here's to your success ??????...after a lot of hard work ??
