Stop Ignoring Yourself

Hope you had a wonderful Diwali and have been taking care of yourself.?

If you haven't, take some time for yourself. So many time your are doing things for others and tend to forget about yourself.

You might have been busy with your family, friends, colleagues, parents, children, society, clients, students or investors.

And when I say taking care of yourself, I don't mean spending or buying anything. I simply mean, giving attention to yourself.

Observing yourself, loving yourself and reconnecting with your own inner state.

Taking your energy inwards.

Because your energy too is like a reserve. If you disperse it outward, you will have very little left for yourself.

I wanted to share with you a simple guided meditation that will help you connect with yourself.

Some of you might have tried it before, some might be trying for the first time.

I would also love to do some live sessions here and in order for me to do that, I will need you to help me.

We need to have uploaded at least two tracks that have a rating of over 4.5.
