"STOP" Ignoring the Signs of Stress

And why do I say that? Because I have done it myself, in fact I felt myself slipping into this behaviour, over these last few weeks, and that is knowing and teaching, how you can prevent it.
Although, I now manage and minimise it now, because I recognise the key drivers and my own patterns of behaviour. In the past, it would have led to self-sabotage, sleepless nights, eating and drinking poorly.
The question is, how did I create he stress and anxiety? Personally, I set high standards and expectations for myself. Particularly, when I work for a client, whether it is in my consultancy role or as a personal coach. Of course, there is nothing wrong with high standards and expectations, it shows that we really care.
And yet, in some cases we put ourselves under undue pressure. Our limiting beliefs kick in, the imposter shows up and we start to question our own value. We over deliver, because we worry about what others will think of us. We fear judgement.
Which is crazy really, because as ???????????? ????????????????????, ?????????????? ?????? ????????????????, we would never have achieved what we have achieved so far, without proving that we have the skills and capabilities. We have already shown our results by our own successes, achieved the roles we are in or created successful businesses.

The irony of the stress, pressure and anxiety I had started to create, was that it wasn't real or necessary. The feedback and the results from the client was extremely positive. The perception I had created, was entirely my own perception and it wasn't real.
Which shows, that it is not the external factors that influence our behaviour, it is our own internal perception. The monkey in our head starts to take control, the emotional side of us kicks in, instead of applying logic. Now this scenario is not unusual, ultimately we have hard-wired ourselves to behave in this way. Our patterns of behaviour have been programmed into us, and our subconscious begins to rule our conscious mind. Which ultimately change our internal representation, impact our state and subsequently our physiology.
N???? ?????? ???? ???????? ?? ??????????????? It means that we no longer have control of the situation, we start reacting to situations and behave in a way that doesn't suit our normal behaviour and that is when we don't show up in a way that suits who we really are, it is destructive to us and potentially others.
?????? ???????? ???????????? ???? ???? ?????????? ??????????????? We need to take control of the situation. Take time out, stop, breathe and refocus. Which enables us to ??????????, ????-????????????????, ?????????????? ?????? ????????????????????. Which means that, we can be can begin to be "consciously aware of our subconscious", we can consider how we behave in situations, what could we do differently, our logical brain kicks in, we start to take control of the situation, we start to respond to situations constructively, and show up as the true leader that we are.
