Living a half-baked life was never your plan, was it?

?When you stop yourself before you even make a move towards what you desire, it just keeps you feeling regretful, stagnant and stale.

That longing in your soul will just keep throbbing until you step up to the plate and find a way to overcome your doubts and fears.

?It’s really ok to admit that you can’t seem to get where you want to go or make changes that actually stick. No shame.

You have good intentions and allow yourself to dream but then those dreams stay just dreams. However, you’re probably really good at powering through and checking off the list of ‘to do’s’?

You procrastinate booking time to start the piano lessons, that dream vacation gets deleted from your calendar because life’s just too busy right now! Building homes for habitat for humanity had you energized but you never called to get more information… Sound familiar?

Tutoring underprivileged kids is on your radar but holy hell there’s no time for that either!

There are hidden barriers stopping your progress every time! I get it.

?People, situations, the weather, events, kids, family drama, procrastination, friends in need: all seem to be standing in your way.

It happened to me my whole life until my world was turned upside down by a chronic illness at age 50- my soul was aching from the dis-ease that I couldn’t tolerate it one more day. My mood and negative energy was starting to affect my relationships...And that’s when I jumped on my own personal growth journey. When I could finally get quiet enough on the inside...my heart guided me to take that one small step forward.

Stuck in a fixed mindset, a victim mentality, you can always find a "story" or a made-up reason not to believe you can have more, that you can't achieve your goals or dreams. Let go of that thinking and move forward Laura Enzor?! Embrace a growth mindset and grow!
