Stop Grinding for God
Carey Conley
I am on a mission to save 1 million lives by helping youth, adults, and parents decipher their life vision and purpose.
Last week I introduced you to someone very special to me,?David Meltzer.
On one of his Friday?‘lives’?(streaming on Clubhouse and IG to name just two) that he does at 9am CST, he had a guest?who?said “Stop Grinding for God!” Wow, this really?resonated with?me!
Are you someone like me who tends to feel that if they are not constantly working and doing, that they are not doing enough?
I also heard this?stated?another way in Gabby Bernstein’s book?Super Attractor?that we have to stop ‘manic manifesting’. I literally laughed out loud when I heard that, because?at times, it can describe me?too?accurately!
My word this year has been ‘ease’ because I really wanted to have more of that in my life and to?allow?God to bring the blessings He has for me, instead of?my?constantly feeling?as if?I had to chase them down with my efforts. If I have to force something to come together successfully then who gets the glory? I want it to be all Him.
Things are starting to happen,?and?yes, I am putting effort?into those things.?However,?how?all of this?is coming together?promises?to?go?beyond my wildest dreams and I could not have MADE it happen?even?if I had tried!
