Stop it!
Do you ever look at someone and think: if you spent as much time putting effort into turning things around as you do being negative, you could actually achieve so much more?
Radiating negativity not only spreads it like a disease, it also demonstrates a sense of narrow-mindedness: “Oh look! It’s a roadblock, I guess I’ll just live here now!” Pessimism is limiting. Life and business are full of bumps in the road. You can either let them stop you in your tracks or you can endure the rugged terrain, confident in the hope that you will soon reach your destination.
I always try to make sure my teams are full of positive people. Optimism gets the job done, it shows a willingness to think outside the box, to problem solve, to take calculated risks and to persevere. People who can always see the silver lining and are not afraid to work hard to turn the negative into a positive, are the ones who succeed.
I struggle with people who just complain about everything. Is that what you want to be remembered for, “Here lies John Smith he spent his whole life complaining”? Stop it! It’s not so bad, there are always opportunities to turn things around.
No one expects you to look at life through rose-tinted glasses. By all means be a realist, but be so with a can-do attitude. Use your voice to add value, to make a difference to your life and in the lives of the people around you. In other words, instead of continuing to drain the life out of your work colleagues and loved ones, do something pro-active about it.
Find a better way.

5 年Negative and positive comes from the inside to outside "from the? body to the work place". we are the ones who can control in which place we`re going to work in, by making the right choices of releasing our Positive energy to effect our work place in a proper way. And whatever our issues are, we always have that choice..!

5 年inspiring article about positivity , as per my observation I am categorizing positivity and nativity in tow levels 1st is Management level for organization and elite for society? 2nd Non management class for organization and lower class for society . so how these two attitudes works for both class ; 1st? in organization the management class has an ambiance to work within a portfolio and somehow freely express their feelings and showing their potential to grow themselves so 90% management class by hook and by crook they mold their attitude in positive way, like in elite class in society they don't have fear of earing bread and butter for daily livelihood so they thinking beyond that and 99% grow themselves . obviously they have to show positive attitude for gaining this because business required its? excellent positive manners to grow . 2nd in non management class in any organization in the world 80% employees having less job security , lower income while spending long hours duty? put them in depression , so they take serious? small or even minor problem back their home, on duty some time many capable employs cant got chance to grow themselves for many reason (all over in the world mostly nowadays people can grow who have reference or some one in management ) , that employees feeling deprived and gradually lost their hops thus their attitude automatedly convert from positivity to negativity like wise in a society a lower class people don't have access of clean water? , electricity , good education ,better health facilities and other requirement of life etc. so they eventually indulging themselves in criminal activities , angry mob , suicide , murder etc. the bottom line of my point of view is there should be and system of check & balance for prevailing positivity in organization or in society .? if I am wrong kindly advise me .?
