Stressed? Stretched? Overwhelmed??A couple of weeks ago I shared a resource "10 Ways to Create Stress-Free Zones at Work" (click to access it). Today I'm following up on #6 - "Stress-Reduction Challenge". Take a week, either by yourself or get your whole team involved and set up your challenge. Check out the six ways to reduce stress and then complete at least one activity in each area for seven days.?


Stress isn't something to glorify. It leads to health issues and burnout and ultimately less productivity and retention. If you complete the challenge, reward yourself. Or incentivize your challenge for your team.?Ready, set...breathe.?
