Without daily transformations in various spheres, we would not embody the essence of humanity. While we often find ourselves resisting or questioning the nature and difficulty of change, the reality is clear: progress requires transformation. Yet, We resist change, debate change is good or bad, easy or hard. Let us face it. We all need to change and will not like status quo.
