Stop Dragging That Camel

Stop Dragging That Camel

Let’s look at a belief that is holding you back right now in your service-based business.

I must drag the camel up the hill.

When you identify with this belief you often find yourself doing 'all the things' to attract your ideal client:

  • posting everywhere,
  • looking for groups to engage in,
  • running challenge after challenge,
  • going live, and
  • cold prospecting

only to hear crickets rather than attracting your ideal client.

Being honest this leaves you feeling bitter and resentful because it appears so easy for others, and yet you are left hauling the heavy, tedious ad exhausting load. You feel as if you are unappreciated and the best-kept secret in town.

The frustration of it all, and having to fix your face and grin and act like everything is ok causes the bitterness and resentfulness to seep out through the other spaces in your life.

Spaces like your family relationships.

The stress and frustration you find yourself lashing out at your partner, children, and friends. Those whom you love the most often see the 'worst' parts of you.

"I must drag the camel up the hill" is the story of a victim, and gives room for your victim to play a villain as the ones you love the most, your partner, your children, and your friends get the worst parts of you.

The bitterness and resentment seep out to those you love the most and you lash out from the pressure of it all. You neglect the relationships that light you up the most in exchange for that uphill battle of attracting new clients to your business. You spend endless waking hours in front of your computer engaging in groups and coming up with content that you desperately want to convert and doesn't.

It's a seemingly never-ending loop that leaves you feeling like a fake and a fraud. And it is painfully frustrating and you feel tightness and lump in your throat and a stinging behind your eyes as you think about it.

First, congratulations, you are such a powerful manifester! You are manifesting based on the belief 'I must drag the camel up the hill (aka, it must be hard, it must be a struggle, I can't have it until I am physically exhausted) right into your reality.

Altering the belief will alter your reality. Stepping out of this belief requires a turn around not only in your mind but also in your body and in your energy.

One of the steps to step out of this frustrating loop is to spend time thinking about who you would be and how you would react if you didn't have this belief. Really feel into it, and notice where in your body you are feeling resistant to letting that beingness in.

This is an important step because often as a service-based business owner, you spend so much time thinking about whom your ideal client is, without examining who you are without the beliefs that limit you. Start illuminating from that space and you will absolutely light up for your ideal clients.

Stop allowing your old beliefs to control you, and start doubling your income. That is what I guide you to do in the Monetize Your Mind Success System. Click on the link for a complimentary call: https://app.acuityscheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=15287893&appointmentType=12376412
