Welcome to the first edition of my newsletter.
In today's blog I am going to tell you 5 habits that you should give up today. Any man becomes great by his habits. His habits only take him forward. But, If we talk about our life, then there are many such habits which take us backwards, so we should leave such habits.
So let's start. Know which 5 habits are those:
1.Complaining?
Each time you complain is evidence that you’ve lost control of your life. Complaining too much can leave you feeling both physically and mentally exhausted at the end of the day. Change the way you think. Stop Complaining and start making efforts.
2.Gossip?
Instead discuss something useful like an idea, or a new opportunity, instead of wasting my valuable time talking nonsense with mates.
3.Stop Underestimating Yourself
Just remember, never underestimate yourself. As we all have the ability and power to do anything, with action steps, of course. When you start to believe in yourself you can achieve everything you want.

4.Stop Listening to Haters
Keep doing what you're doing, and don't allow others to stop you. And most importantly , Focus on people that support you. It will keep you updated and motivated. The reality is, haters gonna hate no matter what.
5.Stop Wasting Time
Smartphone is the biggest source of distraction. First of all keep your smartphone away from the working table or better on Do Not Disturb mode. Do Not expect you will lose time wasting habits in one or two days. It will take some time, even months. Have the discipline and patience to target the improvement over the long term.
