Stop calling it "The Easy Way Out"!

Using GLP-1 shots has been such a transformational part of my journey, but not for the reasons you might think. It’s not “the easy way out”—it’s an intentional tool that helped me create space for deeper healing and self-love.

I know the judgment many feel about using tools like this. I felt it too—judgment from others and even myself. For months, my guides gave me a red light, telling me to focus on my emotional, spiritual, and physical health first. Only after that work did I receive the green light to move forward with the shots.

The shots quieted the constant “food noise” in my mind, but they weren’t magic. What they gave me was the space to reflect, grow, and reconnect with my higher self—a reminder that transformation happens when we lean into self-compassion and intention.
