Lauren N. King, Ph.D. W.K. Kellogg Foundation asked to share this event with our network - The Century Foundation (TCF)'s workforce and education teams are working together to increase diversity and equity in medicine, engineering, and law. Through this project, TCF seeks to understand how historically underrepresented individuals are excluded from the talent pipelines that lead to these fields and identify discrepancies in how these sectors serve diverse communities across the nation. With the help of a national task force, TCF will develop policy and practice solutions to ensure underrepresented students and professionals have access to the supports and resources that drive inclusion, participation, persistence, and completion. We hope you’ll join us for a virtual information session and conversation on?Thursday, May 16th?to learn more about this work and to engage in a meaningful discussion led by TCF Fellows,?Michelle Burris,?Halley Potter, and?Emily McGrath.
