The famous words of Henry Ford answer important questions of life about Who we are? What we can achieve? Remember we all came into this world with unlimited potential, it is been gifted to all humans equally. Still, it doesn’t reflect on our results. So we kept asking Why? And some of us started accepting this and named it fate or curse. It's not fate or curses that cripple our results in life but unconscious limiting beliefs that we have programmed in our minds from the time our birth.
Our beliefs have the power to create anything and the power to destroy it. Beliefs are a feeling of absolute conviction about what something means. It is like our personal rule book about what we should or shouldn’t do. The challenge is most of our beliefs were unconsciously created based on our past experiences, and the environment in which we have been brought up, acquired from parents or teachers. Then we find experiences to back up almost any belief, but the key is to understand that we are consciously aware of the beliefs we are creating.
Human nature is designed to devote energy only to what we believe to produce the outcome we seek. Therefore, when we start to think that something in our life is not going to work out then we unconsciously sabotage our potential by taking halfhearted actions. Lousy action equals lousy results. Bad results equal uncertainty and limiting beliefs.
Will you allow your beliefs to be the reason you have stopped taking action toward the result you want from life? Or Are you willing to change your beliefs into an ultimate opportunity to create something extraordinary — whether it is a self-transformation, your career, your relationships, and your health?? We definitely cannot uproot these beliefs over a night it is going to take time and patience and also including some methods and strategies which we can help.
?????The first step is to identify the limiting beliefs which are not supporting our life or making us accept the standard of our life which is completely not up to our potential. I would list out some common limiting beliefs which can be helpful in identifying yours.
These are some of the common limiting beliefs which affect human potential, but there are more than this that we can keep adding to it, I have listed only the common beliefs that all of us can relate to. You don't need any expensive tools to identify your limiting beliefs, instead, you can use a rare tool that has been forgotten in recent times paper and pen. Just take a piece of paper and start writing the beliefs which are not helping you progress or disempowering in your life. It is not tough, is it? Just follow Nike by Just do it.

2. Focus on wheat, not the weed
????Our effort towards breaking our limiting beliefs is a herculean task that calls for enormous strength and patience. Because our 2 million-year-old brain can learn things easily, it is always difficult for our brain to unlearn things. So instead of trying to break old disempowering beliefs start focusing on creating a strong and alternate empowering belief after identifying the beliefs which are disempowering.

3.? Your Past? ≠ Your Future
????????Our past achievements or failures determine the beliefs we have created. But remember your past results do not equal future results. Start by stacking positive results even the small results in order to believe you can achieve what you set out to do. Give enough evidence and testimonials to back your new belief that you are trying to work on. Choose your role models who have already developed that belief system and learn from them.
Remember learning how to get rid of limiting beliefs is essential for growth and achievement in every area of your life. You are the architect of your life. You are capable of anything. It’s time to stop letting limiting beliefs hold you back.
