The story of Peter inspires me. He saw a man at the Gate called Beautiful, crippled not just in body, but in mentality. Peter realised something deeper: perhaps the man enjoyed being carried. Maybe that’s why his legs had stopped working, he found comfort in his dependency.

Is your Salary the bailout that is bankrolling your Innovation Drought even when your potential can pull in exponential achievements?

When Peter and John met him, they didn’t just offer charity. They told him the truth: “These small handouts will never give you a premium life because you’ve gotten used to being carried.”

Sound familiar?

Many businesses are crippled today because the owners have allowed themselves to be carried - no internally generated resources, no drive for growth, just relying on others. That is why the cost of doing business has remained all-time high, and progress is stagnant.

I interviewed a young man for a job once. On his first day, he arrived late. Guess what? He was fired the same day. Why? He got too comfortable in his old habits, failing to wake up to his new reality. Or maybe, the alarm didn’t wake him—who knows? Reactive Dependency!

But here’s the point: Excuses have no place in the battle for success. Miss your shot, and you get hit. It’s that simple.

Many people who should have been promoted have refused to grow. They haven’t learned to enrich their job skills or position themselves for the next big opportunity. Some have spent 10, 20, or even 30 years in the same office without understanding the principles behind their paycheck. Shameful, right?

Don’t take a job just for the salary. Take a job that challenges you and upgrades your earning potential. Don’t just earn, learn!

If your salary is carrying you, your preferred life will become lame.

Invest in yourself and Uplevel Your Possibilities! Your weaknesses are waiting for you if you don’t.

Receiving grace or help is great, but don’t turn it into entitlement. That’s a slippery slope to laziness and complacency; both will destroy your business and professional Growth.

Don’t indulge in the easy path just because grace is carrying you. When grace runs out, the consequences will catch up.

Social media is like a vehicle. It carries some people to success, and others to foolishness. Some use it for hype, but behind the facade, they are empty. Don’t get carried by hype or propaganda, it’s too cheap and has no sustainable lifespan.

Here is the truth, the wind will carry anything light but if you want to command premium respect, you must be a person of substance.

When you are heavy with Transformation and Solution values, not just everyone or anything can carry you. Not everyone should have access to you. You determine that Access. You qualify them! Access is the Wealth Monopoly!

As a woman, not every man can love you—if you let everyone carry you, you’ve lost your worth. Lions don’t eat grass not even fruits only Flesh.

As a man, not every woman is your match. Don’t sink your life by chasing what’s not aligned with you. Know your value, know what you want, and act accordingly. Don’t pretend to be heavy with value when you’re actually light.

Bottom line: If you want to succeed, be HEAVY with value. Stop letting others carry you.
