Stonebrooke Equipment, Inc. and ToughLite? will share 100,000 square feet of industrial space in Rosemount for expansion of operations

Beginning fall of 2022, fleet upfitting companies Stonebrooke Equipment, Inc. and ToughLite? will combine operations at a new, shared facility in Rosemount. Stonebrooke currently operates out of two facilities in the south metro.??

The new building at 15100 Business Parkway is a 100,000 sq. ft. space that sits on 10 acres providing ample parking lot space for expanding operations for fleet upfits. Being under one roof will also combine corporate offices and factory into one space, allowing for greater efficiency and a unified company culture.??

According to the CEO, Mark Holman,

“We wanted a space that allowed us to expand our operations, but we also wanted to stay in the Twin Cities south metro area both as a transportation advantage to our current employees, and to help attract new talent as we grow our family of companies.”??

The five-year lease marks a new era of expansion for both companies as they continue to develop innovative solutions for fleet managers.??
