A Stone away - Over 400,000 steps in June

Well done to all the fantastic people who took part at Markeaton Park and Clumber Park over the weekend in the Race for Life. Great events.

I completed my contribution by the 10,000 steps a day in June, and actually got to just over 400,000 - got carried away on a couple of days. So far the June campaign has raised over ￡1.5 million to help keep on the fight.

See what you can do to back yourself and Cancer Research - even if it's only to make more regular visits to the high street shop and donate some good stuff or buy some cards.
