I am delighted to report that STOIX enjoyed a very successful Q3 in 2022!
We achieved over 100% Q on Q growth, and we are very proud of the following milestones:

?Market Update
That said we are currently living in very challenging and uncertain times and are in no doubt that the market will soften (no one really knows how much) and there will be a slowing down in hiring activity over the coming months. So we must proceed with caution and pragmatism in 2023. There are some early signs of this but equally there are still significant numbers of new opportunities popping up and the demand for high quality finance, transformation and strategy professionals remains robust moving into Q4 2022. Employment remains very high and there are still supply shortages for certain skillsets which means overall it’s an interesting moment. The new UK government has no doubt had a troubled start to life but the repeal of IR35 whilst not an immediate win, may hopefully offer a bounce to the interim space in 2023 and more flexibility in the labour market.
