Here is a tiny trick I have used to help me make sure my survey questionnaires are on target with the objectives of the study. I simply copy the objectives into the questionnaire draft, then move them around to where I believe they will naturally flow.
As the draft progresses, the objectives may turn into section headers, single questions, or sets of questions.
And this way, you are pretty well assured of covering the objectives.
There. That was easy. Kind of like that orange you sometimes get in your stocking.
