Funny enough this is for H20, water, something you can use to quench thirst but mainly because it should be exceptional for hydration. 1 bottle of water, a pack of Nigella seeds (onion), vitamin C supplements (brand your choice but I like Natural Stacks), green tea (ideally matcha), a homemade or mix of bouillon (good soup), let it mix in sunshine, steep overnight. Try drinking 5 cups. It's not Bulletproof FATWATER but it is really good.

Why are these few sponsorships so important, I wish I could consicely say, however, to any artist reading, I will tell you I find them to be of massive spiritual importance, like an angel's shield. Apply for sponsorships from corporations and small businesses alike, use your social media accounts to spread the word about what and who you love and who loves you back and why what each of you are doing matters. It is like an extended family of people who share your vision, support your career and image and will help make your life easier by giving you what you need to be who you truly are. I miss every one I ever lost, like friends. I wish I could have 40 new ones in the next five years. Speaking of which, thanks for reading this.
