As I’m about to take on a new chapter in my career, I feel both grateful and proud. Looking back on our shared journey over the past four and a half years, we've seen a lot of growth and change, faced challenges, and celebrated victories. Throughout it all, the guiding force of our cultural framework, The Compass, has been instrumental. However, one other HR initiative stands out for its remarkable impact – our strategic approach to Employee Surveys.?

This initiative has not only boosted our engagement and productivity but has also played a significant role in strengthening our internal communication, and building a culture that we can all be proud of.?

Why have these surveys been our secret sauce? Let me take you behind the scenes of our story.?

Think of our Employee Surveys like the fresh ingredients in one of our meal kits. Alone, they're just raw data, as standalone as carrots and peas. But mix them together, analyze their blend, and suddenly you have a rich stew of insights. Now, stir in action based on those insights, and what do you have? You've whipped up a dish that not only achieves survey targets but also supercharges our company's performance, adds flavor to our daily work life, and keeps us coming back for more.?

Our journey to becoming LMK Group in 2020, when we merged GodtlevertGruppen and Linas Matkasse, was filled with challenges. However, our partnership with Brilliant Insights turned the complex world of Employee Surveys into an easily navigable roadmap. They provided the recipe and we brought the ingredients and the chefs – our dedicated managers, no matter their experience, who were ready to lead their teams effectively.?

Ensuring our managers were ready for this journey was crucial. We held regular courses that gave them the tools to read and understand the results, and lead their workshops effectively. This method was a game-changer for us, like adding the secret ingredient that brings out all the flavors in a dish.?

In repeating this process over the past four years, with?2-4 surveys a year, we've not only improved our engagement and clarity but have also created a sense of fellowship and trust among our teams.?

But it's not just about preparing a grand meal; it's about inviting everyone to the table. We needed high participation to get reliable data. Our response rate jumped from 74% to an impressive 90%, thanks to everyone's effort to make their voices heard.?

And the proof is in the pudding! We've seen improvements across four out of five indexes, beating the global benchmark, including engagement, team efficiency, leadership, and work environment. These changes, while managing rapid growth, is something we can all be proud of.?
