Still Relevant: Why Speed In Business Isn’t Enough

I was recently prompted to reshare a concept that the most productive business owners need to be constantly reminded of…
There was a business owner who was interested in coaching. They were super quick to get documents back to me and reply to emails from my team. It was like…within seconds they would reply.
“They’re so fast!” one of my team members said, surprised.
We were quite impressed… at first.
Once we actually sat down and assessed their financials, we realised their business was actually in dire straits. Their poor cash flow was putting huge pressure on the business.
“But I don’t understand! I’m constantly on my phone, constantly available, constantly doing everything. My team is doing amazing work – we are always busy. What is going wrong here?” She was obviously exhausted from constantly trying hard but seeming to go around in circles.
And that’s when I remembered this video blog, which I showed her – and I thought it would be wise to send it around to you again.
If you feel like you’re constantly busy but not getting the results you want, maybe you need this reminder:
Be Sure You’re Pointed in the Direction of Growth
We love business owners who move quickly – speed is essential. But make sure you aren’t enthusiastically running in the wrong direction. Sometimes just a single session from an outside eye can nudge you towards money you were leaving on the table.
Book a free strategic review of your business – there’s no obligation, and it could be the difference between coasting successfully and breaking through to a whole new level of growth.
