Today's foundation Scripture verse is an invitation to experience God's power and cultivate spiritual well-being.

"Be still" isn't just about physical quietness; it's an invitation to calm our racing thoughts, set aside our worries, and silence the internal chatter that often drowns out God's voice. It's in this stillness that we create space to truly "know that I am God."

But what does it mean to know that He is God? It's more than intellectual acknowledgment; it's a deep, experiential understanding of God's nature and Who He is. It's recognizing His sovereignty over our lives and all of creation. When we truly know God, we understand His power, His love, and His ability to handle any situation we face.
