Freedom of Religion seems lost...

The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”?As enshrined in the First Amendment, religious freedom includes two complementary protections: the right to religious belief and expression and a guarantee that the government neither prefers religion over non-religion nor favors particular faiths over others. These dual protections work hand in hand, allowing religious liberty to thrive and safeguarding both religion and government from the undue influences of the other.
Where are these freedoms now? COVID comes along, and now Religious Freedom is no longer a right. The right seems to be for the government to TELL us when to get Vaccinated. What to put in our bodies. In our childrens bodies.
Growing up as a Christian Scientist I remember well the respect that the Freedom of Religion held. We did not have to get mandatory vaccinations and religious beliefs were respected. I do not see that anymore.
The Government of New York City is now requiring 2 vaccinations and boosters to enter a restaurant or a public event. WHERE IS FREEDOM OF RELIGION? If a religion relies on prayer for their protection, why is that no longer acceptable? When did the 1st amendment change?
Its interesting to note, that when the Pilgrims came to America, it was in part to escape King George and his oppression.. They risked life and limb to have the freedom to worship as they chose and be free.
Its lost today. The government now tells its citizens what to put in their body! When and how. To children as well.

The Supreme Court needs to hear this case and rule on this.
It is a sad time, to watch Freedom of Religion be so openly dismissed and tossed aside
