Stretches to do if you wake up with a sore neck/shoulders
Tennis watcher this exercise could be done either while seated or standing or even in the shower.
1. Assume the best posture possible then while inhaling slowly through your nose and slowly looking to your left as far as you can comfortably. Hold the stretch for a moment, while exhaling through your lips, while feeling the stretch
2. Now inhale slowly through your nose and look slowly to the right. Exhale slowly through your lips hold this position for a moment feeling the stretch repeat several times.

Elbow Touches, this exercise can be done about either seated or standing
1. Assume the best posture possible while sitting in a stable chair or standing at the wall. Play sure hands on your shoulders with your elbows pointing forward.
2. From this position slowly move your elbows as far back as it’s comfortable, if possible attempt to touch your elbows to the wall without arching your back or increasing your pain, hold for a moment
3. Now bring your elbows together if possible stopping whenever you feel uncomfortable.
