A Sticky Solution to our problem

In our last article I had shared about step 3?of scrum……….Now let’s get started with step 4.

?I know this step we all will love it.

This Step is such that right from software companies to projects of building ships and similarly to us as students of CA/CS……to science students, it is applicable to all of us as exactly mentioned in his book.

It’s Called MAKING PROGRESS VISIBLE……HOW??

Firstly we create individual post-it notes for each sprint item

(For students it would be chapters for the week)

Though I created the post it notes for the whole month…….

Put them in one of three columns: DO, DOING,DONE

I know it sounds eccentric but we need to stick it on the window/mirror of the room where we study.

?It is very important that these notes are visible to us when we are studying

Move an item to ‘done’ directly after completing it. Also tick it as show I the picture above.

Well it cannot be expressed in words the satisfaction one gets when shifting the sticky note from DOING part to DONE part!!!!!!

For I truly feel there is no better act then to make a positive impact in anyone’s life.
