In this role, you will assist in overseeing the stewarding department managing a team of 15 and reporting directly to the Director of Purchasing & Stewarding.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader with strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create structure and processes. Prior luxury hotel and union management experience are a plus.
