Where was the Seed Planted - The year 2016

Stevie Kidd climbed Kilimanjaro through an event company in 2016. Stevie paid his money then flew to Tanzania and met the group. He then climbed to the Roof Of Africa, then ran the marathon a day later, then returned home. However this is how all event companies functioned with customers.

When the Pathway evolved after covid Stevie wanted the Stevie Kidd Pathway international events to be much more than the experience stevie had himself..

The team wanted to design an event where people would experience and experience that was unexplainable. We have now undertaken many events that leads to a mindset where you ask yourself " How Far Can You actually Go"

Three "Reach Your peak Events"

Event 1 RYP Scotland

Reach your Peak Scotland - A journey where you Self Discover as the whole event is designed around the " Who Am I" ? Question. An event that takes over 100 hours to complete in the week.

It is also designed around three assessments, one being a Wishlist you create about the life you Desire. Event 2 RYP Kilimanjaro

Reach Your Peak Kilimanjaro - A journey to discover more about Yourself. Learn a much more deeper insight into yourself emotionally, linguistically, and really learn how to contribute and grow on other levels of leadership.

Understand Empathy Leadership through to connecting with people through hearts and minds. Give yourself permission as a leader to more present than you have ever been before. This is where you will discover things about yourself at a much more deeper level. This is a journey where you will supremely evaluate yourself as well as attaining feedback that will enlighten and inspire you to understand more about self.

Event 3 RYP Everest Base Camp

Reach Your peak Everest Base Camp - A journey of Self Realisation, as now you are asking a question of self now, which is " What is actually possible in my lifetime"

Now that you have experienced an awakening of the senses , you can see, hear, and feel much more than you have ever done before. You are much more in-tune internally which allows you to see differently on the outside world.

Your now thinking with a legacy mindset and leading through empathy and inspiration. Everything you do now is about serving - giving - growing and all about doing for others.

You no longer have any obstacles simply a pathway to what you want, as its clear now you have a better understanding of Self. You now having passion, purpose and a truer meaning to what life means to you now.

Its an enquiry form and soft consultation that's the first step, we have leaders who have now reached the third event with a mindset of we are going all the way which will be completed this year,
