1- Suppose there is a complete blank row in your data like showing below-

1-     Suppose there is a complete blank row in your data like showing below, Here the 1st row is complete blank-

2-     So, for removing blank row- a) Go to Home tab b) Click on Drop down of Remove rows   c) Click on Remove Blank Rows


These steps will remove blank rows from your data.

3-  And, if you want back null rows/blank rows in your data so its very easy, because any steps in transformation in Power BI does not affect on your real data, it always works on like copy of data so we have to only cancel the Applied steps in your transformation, just only click on the cross button highlighted.
