Steps to recover from your own Mistakes !

Do not brood over your past mistakes and failures as this will only fill your mind with grief, regret and depression. Do not repeat them in the future. ~Swami Sivananda

I made an Epic mistake recently , One that I will regret for a long time !! So how am planning to recover from this , I will share my action plan here and do let me know if you agree with this or have suggestions on how you recover from your own mistakes, I would appreciate honest and personal path to recovery !

So here are key action plan for me :

  1. Take Responsibility and be ready face consequences . Be strong as this will require a lot of mental strength .
  2. No Point in finding fault who did what and stop Complaining !
  3. Talk to yourself , Take notes : get back to basics and stick Notes to wall (what was missed , what should have done differently ) where you look at them everyday and make sure you never make same mistakes ever.
  4. Forgive Yourself : This is most important to carry on and keep doing what you are best at . Focus on your strengths and ignore rest .
  5. Surround yourself with positive people : Its very important to stay from anxiety and dwelling on mistakes to save self from depression . Meet your positive power people around you .
  6. Start Over : NEVER GiveUP because of mistakes , retry and recommit yourself for success !
  7. Create an action plan to learn from mistake and Get up and try again !

In Summary : Don't sit and CRY , GETUP and TRY !

Anybody who is reading this , remember we all make mistake what more important is how we bounce back . Above is my action plan , what is yours ?
